E.A.T Extraordinary Artisan Table (E.A.T) is a farm to table Artisan Catering & Event Production Company, dedicated to providing local hand crafted cuisine, cutting edge events and persis planning service solutions.
E.A.T is owned by Award-winning Executive Chef Leah Delyte (Di Bernardo), a champion of food education, and leader in her community of over 26 academic and edible school garden programs. Leah recently spearheaded the first middle, and high school slow food chapters in our Nation. She is the founding member and current president of Slow Food-Temecula Valley, American Delegate, representing Riverside County: Terra Madre/ Salon Del Gusto 2006 and 2010 Turin, Italy, and Chef Judge/ Host: RCC Culinary Academy Chefs Du Potager, to name a few.
